Building a skillful Product management community, with a deep understanding of a digital product lifecycle and management, will enable us to improve and accelerate our transformation, while keeping on being useful to Inhabitants, partners and collaborators. Add it to my Google Agenda Modernisation of our Legacy Diamant is on going and will be replaced progressively by new solutions. Meanwhile, we have to avoid continuing to load it, to ensure Diamant a strong level of availability, security and facilitate its dismantlement. We share with you what we set up to limit and reduce the debt.
